Nothing can beat a proper burrito and Margaritas!
S visited Luck Lust Liquor & Burn long time ago and wasn’t very impressed. Yet S has now changed her mind after the time she visited this year. Luck Lust Liquor & Burn is located in Northern Quarter which is quite close to Yard & Coop. The outside of the restaurant isn’t too obvious but it’s not too hard to find either.
You can find their menu on their website and Luck Lust Liquor & Burn is also owned by Almost Famous so they share some similar menu options. Besides the standard menu, Luck Lust Liquor & Burn also has a Taco Tuesday offer which has £1 for some street style tacos!
S has visited couple of times and these are the foods that S has tried so far. If S has to choose one starter from here, S would choose the Korean BBQ chicken blast (£5) for sure. The sauce is their own twist on Korean spicy sauce; it’s not too strong yet still has a nice kick. There’s no bone in the chicken which definitely is a plus since it makes it easier to eat. Moreover, the chicken is still crispy even though it’s coated in the sauce. S would love to try different flavours the next time she visits!
Lettuce cups (£4.5) Korean BBQ chicken blast (£5) Crispy beef taco (£1) Bacon cheeseburger fries (£5)
S wouldn’t say burritos are her favourite food because they usually have peppers in them, yet the burritos from Luck Lust Liquor & Burn has changed her mind. The one S likes the most is the Burrito Beach (£10) since S loves the little spicy kick. The hot chicken blast and hot wing sauce are definitely the highlights for this burrito.
Sin city (£12) Burrito beach (£10)
Another one S likes the most is the Almost famous burrito (£10.5) as you can have so many things in one go. There’s crispy beef, dirty chicken, chorizo and fries in this heavenly burrito, not to mention the boss hot sauce and fresh chilli that gives this dish some extra spice!
The churros from Luck Lust Liquor & Burn aren’t too sweet and have a strong cinnamon flavour. The chocolate dip is not as thick as the one that S had from Xurreria Trebol in Barcelona. It’s a pleasant dessert after finishing a big burrito for sure, so don’t forget to save yourself some space for some churros!
Overall S was super happy that she visited Luck Lust Liquor & Burn again! It really changed the opinion that S had for this place! S would love to visit again and try their other dishes which also look mouthwatering! Moreover, who doesn’t like some Margaritas with some killer burritos?
